Retail manager

We’re Hiring | Retail Manager We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the mobile phone / smartphone market, with a solid understanding of retail operations, mobile shops, key accounts, and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and develop the retail network across Baghdad • Build and maintain strong relationships with mobile retailers and key shops • Develop retail sales strategies and achieve monthly targets • Monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, and market movement • Identify and develop high-potential retail accounts • Monitor market prices, competitor activities, and promotions • Ensure strong product availability, visibility, and display execution • Lead and follow up with sales representatives and promoters • Analyze retail performance and prepare regular reports • Identify new opportunities to expand market coverage and sales Requirements: • 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Retail/Sales Management • Experience in the mobile phone industry is highly preferred • Strong knowledge of Baghdad's mobile retail market • Established relationships with mobile shops and key retailers • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills • Strong understanding of sales targets and performance management • Analytical and target-oriented mindset 📍 Location: Baghdad, Iraq
