Data Deletion Policy

When you request account deletion, your account is immediately deactivated and becomes inaccessible. Sign-in is disabled, phone and password credentials are cleared as designed, email is replaced with a closed-account placeholder, status is marked deleted, active sessions and push tokens are revoked, and linked Google/Facebook identities are removed from the account. Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, or regulatory purposes. After the applicable retention period, the remaining personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized.

Before deletion, use the in-product personal data export where available to download a JSON copy of account, profile, resumes metadata, applications, saved jobs, alerts, and related user-facing records.

Delete your Baab Rizq account, or email info@baabrizq.com with subject “Facebook data deletion request” and your registered name plus email or phone. Also revoke Baab Rizq under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

Revoke Baab Rizq access in your Google Account permissions and delete your Baab Rizq account to remove our copies of Google-provided profile fields.

On account deletion, device push tokens for the account are removed and all refresh sessions are revoked. Access tokens stop working once the account is marked deleted. On ordinary logout, the current refresh token is revoked and push registration is cleared from the device as designed.

Payment logs, security logs, and legally required records may be retained for limited periods even after account closure.

We respond to email deletion requests within a reasonable period and may ask for identity verification.
