Terms of Service

Baab Rizq is a job marketplace in Iraq for seekers and employers. Features include job listings, applications, company profiles, messaging tied to applications, and optional paid features such as premium CV tools, job promotions, and candidate premium plans.

You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential. Available sign-in methods include email/phone and password, Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, and WhatsApp OTP verification. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Seekers create profiles, upload resumes, and apply to jobs. Employers create company profiles, post jobs, review applications, set interviews, and message candidates. If you act for a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

You must not post unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive content; impersonate others; harass users; distribute malware; abuse scraping or automation; spam applications; or post fake jobs or credentials. Conduct expectations for profiles, jobs, and messages are also set out in the Community Guidelines at /legal/community-guidelines/ on baabrizq.com.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Baab Rizq a licence to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service. Public company and job information may be visible to visitors.

We facilitate connections between seekers and employers. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes. Employment decisions are between users.

Messaging is text-based and intended for legitimate recruiting and application purposes. The other party in a thread can see what you send. We may review content when required for security, legal compliance, or abuse follow-up via support.

Paid features may be fulfilled through Stripe and/or Zain Cash. Fees, renewals (including Stripe subscriptions that may auto-renew until cancelled), taxes, and refunds follow the checkout flow and the payment provider’s rules. Card data is processed by Stripe; wallet identifiers may be processed by Zain Cash as applicable. Baab Rizq does not store full card numbers.

When you use Google, Meta, Stripe, Zain Cash, or similar services, their terms and privacy notices also apply to those interactions.

Baab Rizq branding, software, and site design belong to Baab Rizq or its licensors. You may not copy them without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or create security risk. You may close your account as described in the Data Deletion Policy at /legal/data-deletion/ on baabrizq.com.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis within reasonable operational efforts. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or any particular hiring result.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Iraqi law, Baab Rizq is not liable for indirect damages or hiring outcomes. Our aggregate liability is limited as permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iraq. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Iraq shall hear disputes, without limiting non-waivable consumer protections.
